With 16 years of healthcare leadership experience, I have led teams and enterprise-wide initiatives from my early role as Chief Resident of Pediatrics at Duke University Medical Center to Executive Physician Leadership Position directing the Physician Provider Organizational Support Division and the Leadership Center for Physicians at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. I combine a frontline mindset with strong business strategy, having pioneered Duke’s first internal medicine/pediatrics hospitalist role through a business plan I developed as a second-year attending. My work focuses on strengthening team culture, reducing burnout, improving retention, and driving meaningful metrics that deliver measurable outcomes—including million-dollar returns on investment.
